String Quartet - Con Brio

This group consists of four young and very talented musicians; all of them are between 24 and 28 years old and each has broad experience of performing on various stages. All musicians are graduated as professionals and got to play in many different ensembles during their careers.

 
Mariya Gorkun
I Violin
Was born in Kiev, Ukraine in October 19th 1982.
Education:

1991-2001 Kiev Special Music School;

2001-2006 National Ukrainian Tchaikovsky Music Academy graduated with excellence; at the moment is an aspirant on postgraduate course of chamber music in National Tchaikovsky Music Academy.

Work experience:

2002-2003    -3 contracts in Gulf Hotel (Manama, Bahrain), worked as a  duo with a guitarist;

2007-2008   - 2 contracts with Holland America Line.
Mariya has regular recitals and concerts with various ensembles and orchestras in Kiev, Ukraine, toured in Russia, Hungary and Switzerland.
 
 

Eretskyy Anton
II Violin
Anton was born in Kemerovo, Russia in February 24th 1981.
Education:

1997-2001 Mariupol musical college,

2001-2006 Donetsk Musical Akademy. At this time Anton is aspirant at postgraduate course of violin solo at National Tchaikovsky Music Academy in Kiev. Anton is laureate of International Competition; at this time he works at National Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine and had been performed with it around the Europe.

Andrey Khomyakevych
Viola
Andrey was born in Novoyavrovsk, Ukraine in May 16th 1984

Education:

Lviv Musical College, Lviv Musical Academy. Andrey is winner of several international competitions such as International Competition of Viola and Cello players in Lviv and International Dashak Competition in Kiev.

Work experience:

2007-2008   - 2 contracts with Princess Cruises

 
Lidiya Mashek
Cello
Lidiya was born in Kiev, October 3 1984
Education:

1992-2003 Kiev Special Music School;

2003-2008 National Ukrainian Tchaikovsky Music Academy graduated with excellence; at the moment Lidiya is an aspirant on postgraduate course of chamber music in National Tchaikovsky Music Academy. Laureate of Violoncello festival named after Augustine, International Competition Prochasky in Koshici, Slovakia, International Competition of Young Performers in Kiev, Ukraine, Eastern Music Festival in Greensboro, North Caroline etc.
