Our quartet possesses extensive repertoir. We execute
music of various styles and directions (Mozart, Haydn,
Schubert, Anderson, Piazzola and others.We perform at a
variety of venues including theatres, cruise ships
and corporate events.
Quartet VIS-A-VIS was organized in 2004 under direction
of People`s Artist of Russia, professor of the Russian
Gnessin Academy of music Aleksandra Frantseva.
The ensemble has active concert life, playing on
various stages in Russia and abroad.
Constantly improving the skill, they took part in many international
master-classes of such outstanding and famous quartets
as Jerusalem Quartet (Israel), Vermeer Quartet (USA),
Tokyo Quartet (Japan-the USA). In 2007 and 2008 quartet
Vis-A-Vis became the First prize winner of the international
competition in Moscow (Russia) and Kiev (Ukraine).
